SentriNode is a product of Verabis LLC.

This license is offered by Verabis LLC ("Verabis").

This license covers the SentriNode software distributed as container images,
install scripts, configuration and documentation (the "Software"). It does NOT
cover third-party components included in or pulled by the Software (for example
PostgreSQL, Supabase GoTrue, PostgREST, nginx, Redis and Neo4j). Those remain
under their own licenses, which apply to them.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
   Subject to this license, Verabis grants you a free, non-exclusive,
   non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Software, and to
   make backup copies of it, on computers you own or control, for your own
   internal personal or business purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
   (a) sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise commercialize the Software;
   (b) provide the Software, or functionality of it, to third parties as a
       hosted, managed or software-as-a-service offering, or embed it in a
       product or service you offer to others;
   (c) copy, publish, mirror or redistribute the Software (including its
       container images) to anyone outside your own organization;
   (d) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive source
       code from the Software, except to the extent applicable law forbids this
       restriction;
   (e) remove or alter any copyright, license or attribution notice;
   (f) circumvent, disable or tamper with any license key, license check,
       usage limit or technical measure that controls access to features;
   (g) use the Software to build, or help build, a product that competes with it.

3. LICENSE KEYS
   If Verabis later issues license keys for any feature, a key is issued to
   one customer, may be used only by that customer, and may not be shared, sold
   or published. Use of a feature that requires a key, without a valid key, is
   not licensed.

4. OWNERSHIP
   The Software is licensed, not sold. Verabis and its licensors retain all
   right, title and interest in the Software. No rights are granted except
   those expressly stated here.

5. DATA AND PRIVACY
   As of this version the Software does not send usage data to Verabis. It
   contacts outside services only when you configure it to (for example an AI
   provider, an email provider, or a Slack webhook), and only the ones you
   configure. If a future version adds any check-in with Verabis, it will
   be documented and this section updated before it takes effect.

6. TERMINATION
   This license ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must
   stop using the Software and delete all copies. Sections 2 to 4 and 6 to 8
   survive termination.

7. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
   NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERABIS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
   ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR
   LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE. VERABIS'S
   TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO US$100.

9. GENERAL
   This is the entire agreement about the Software's license. If a provision is
   unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. This license is governed by the
   laws of the jurisdiction in which Verabis LLC is organized, and disputes go
   to the courts of that jurisdiction. By installing or running the Software you accept this
